Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL) five-star offensive tackle Mark Matthews. Matthews chose the Aggies over Georgia, LSU and Miami. According to 247Sports, Matthews ranks as the No.
3 overall prospect in the 2027 class. The site ranks him as the No. 1 offensive tackle prospect and the No.
1 player out of Florida. Matthews' varsity career began as a freshman when he primarily started on the defensive line. As a sophomore, he started at left tackle on a team that went 12-3 and won the 5A state championship.
