Celtic Retain Interest In This Winter Target: Why They Must Get The Deal Done Before It Gets Too Late In a recent interview with SpilXperten , Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio has shared an update on Kasper Hogh. Celtic remain keen on the Bodo/Glimt star but might face competition from Hearts, who are also weighing up a summer move for the free-scoring centre-forward. The 25-year-old Denmark international progressed through Vorup FB and Randers’ academy ranks before breaking into the latter’s first-team squad back in his homeland.

He also had a brief loan stint with Valur in Iceland, but was allowed to join the second-tier side Hobro due to limited opportunities at his boyhood club. AaB snapped him up in January 2022 and eventually sanctioned a loan switch to the newly-promoted Norwegian top-flight outfit Stabæk a year later. Stabæk made the deal permanent for €350k a few months later, only to let him ply his trade to Bodo/Glimt in January 2024 for €700k.

Hogh has been in stellar form for the Super Team, firing in 50 goals and assisting 19 times in 98 outings. Their dream Champions League run has put the club in a strong position, as they increased the Dane’s valuation from £7m to £10m.
