In their three-game series at Fenway Park against the Phillies, the Red Sox hit just two home runs as a team, both on Wednesday . Meanwhile, Schwarber socked two home runs by himself, powering Philadelphia to wins on Tuesday and Thursday with his pair of go-ahead blasts. Schwarber, who leads MLB in home runs this season after pacing the National League last year, has 18 big flies in 2026, including seven in his last seven games.

Surprisingly, that's the same number of wins as the last-place Red Sox, who are 18-25 after dropping two of three to the Phillies. Kyle Schwarber has 18 home runs. The Red Sox have just 18 wins.
