Sean McVay gives non-answer to question about Ty Simpson

McVay was on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” Thursday night to talk about the Los Angeles Rams’ schedule , and Peter Schrager took the opportunity to ask about the team’s top rookie. “Now that we are about a month removed, the Ty Simpson pick, what has been the fallout?

A. So McVay responded with a non-answer, talking around the question by discussing the team as a whole. “He’s been – yeah, the rookies have been here for a week,” he said.

“We’re focusing on our team. It’s been great to have our group in there, being able to get out on the field, do some stuff in the Phase 2, get into the meetings. I really love a lot of these guys, and I'm excited about building relationships with the new guys.
