Oak Ridge High School (Oak Ridge, Tennessee) defeated Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, Tennessee), 5-3, Thursday in Game 2 of a TSSAA Class 4A state sectional game at Bobby Hopkins Field in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. With the victory, the Wildcats, won the best-of-three series, 2-0, and advance to the state tournament for a third consecutive season. 2026 Tennessee baseball signee Michael Teasley pitched a complete game for Oak Ridge.
