Titans continue staff overhaul with new hires and departures

Yahoo Sports

The Tennessee Titans made more staff changes, saying goodbye to one and hiring a new pro scout and trainer.

Earlier in the week, the Tennessee Titans announced some new additions and released what was thought to be their entire football staff, but just like the ever-changing landscape of the NFL, Tennessee wasn’t finished adding to its organization. In the initial release, many noticed that the Titans had parted ways with Director of Football Research and Development Sarah Bailey, and Seth Walder later verified the move on social media. Bailey was initially brought in by Chad Brinker in 2023 to help boost the analytics department, but now will be searching for a new home.

While no specific reason was given for the move, it is interesting that this occurred just days after Brinker stepped down. Titans Director of Football Research and Development Sarah Bailey is out, per source. The Titans hired Bailey from the Rams in 2023.

Paul Kuharsky reports that the Titans have hired Shane Normandeau as Director, Pro Scout and Regan Chapman as Assistant Athletic Trainer.

#Titans administrative moves. Shane Normandeau, previously with the Vikings and Browns, has been hired as Director, Pro Scout. Regan Chapman, who interned with the team last year, has been hired as Assistant Athletic Trainer.
