Thursday Seacoast Roundup: Two milestones reached in St. Thomas girls lacrosse win
Two milestones were reached for the St. Thomas Aquinas girls lacrosse team in its Division III win at Kearsage on Thursday.
SUTTON - Both Talula Gregg and Julia Bryan reached career milestones for the St. Thomas Aquinas girls lacrosse team in its 21-4 win at Kearsage on Thursday, May 14 in a Division III game. Gregg, a senior, scored seven goals and reached 200 career points in the win, while Bryan, a junior, had six goals and reached 100 career points.
The Saints won their seventh straight game and improved to 10-2 on the season. Riley Thomas, Kate Kreycik and Lizzy Holden all had two goals in the win, and Charlotte De Tolla and Annita Parmelee each had one. St.
Thomas goalie Reese Foss had three saves, and the defense was led by Vanessa Williams and Jules Stowell. GIRLS LACROSSE York 15 GNG/Poland 0 YORK, Maine - Lucy Taylor, Emery Dodge, Elouise McAllister and Ella Neiverth each scored two goals for York (3-4) in this Class B win. Camdyn Lambert, Evie Martin, Chloe Ridley, Charley Burlingame, Taylor McIntire, Karina Gordon and Libby Estes all scored one goal for the Wildcats, while Taylor had two assists, and Dodge, McAllister, Neiverth and Lambert all had one.
York goalie Piper Schambach had four saves. BOYS LACROSSE Winnacunnet 19 Pembroke 4 HAMPTON - Beckett Rath had six goals and one assist, and Burke Spalding scored three goals as Winnacunnet improved to 10-1 with this Division II win. Anthony Magri, Spencer Zigler, Alec Mitchell all scored two goals for the Warriors, and Sully Duffy, Brock Emery, Junior Paschal, Carter Sullivan and Colby Swasey all had one.
