The FSU baseball team beat the Miami Hurricanes 7-6 in 11 innings , completing an epic comeback with a walk-off walk to steal the game. They improved to 37-15 overall and 18-10 in the ACC with the win, clinching a top-four seed in the ACC Tournament and a double-bye The Seminoles trailed 6-1 entering the eighth inning, but back-to-back homers by John Stuetzer and Brayden Dowd made it a 6-3 game. Carter McCulley drove in one run in the ninth before Eli Putnam crushed a two-run homer to left, tying the game.

It took until the 11th, but FSU ended the game when Dowd drew a bases-loaded walk, sending Dick Howser Stadium into a frenzy.
