May 14— The Austin High School Adaptive Bowling team capped off an incredible season with a trophy-filled performance at the MSHSL State Tournament this past weekend. The Packers showed their strength at Bowlero in Lakeville, bringing home an individual state championship and a third-place team finish. The highlight of the day came from Christian Strampe, who put on a strong performance to capture the state title in the singles division.

Strampe's precision on the lanes earned him the top spot on the podium. The success didn't stop there. Amythyst Kretler delivered her best series to finish as the state runner-up in her division.

Additionally, Sydney Lange turned in a remarkably consistent performance, earning a hard-fought sixth place finish in a highly competitive field. The Packers' collective strength was on full display in the team competition. The squad of Peyton Wyse, Logan Johnson, Magnus Gabrielson, and Maliki Perez combined their talents to climb the leaderboard.

Their teamwork and focus paid off as they secured the third place trophy, ensuring the Packers would return to Austin with hardware for the trophy case.
