Chargers mock Ravens failed Maxx Crosby trade in schedule release vid

•Yahoo Sports

There is one joke that seems to resurface, every year on NFL schedule release day: the "Los Angeles Chargers don't win Super Bowls, but they win the schedule release video. " This comedic bit comes in many variations, sometimes it appears as "it's too bad for the Chargers that their actual football team isn't as good as their social media team. " Well, no matter what your feelings are towards the Bolts, you got to give them their props on the schedule release.

They are elite, every year, and the 2026 edition did not disappoint. The Chargers went with a theme based on the video game "Halo" with each week/game/opponent having a mission. For the week 10 clash with the Ravens , it was "Pass the Physical.

com/a7EwvsSEAd — Sam Warren (@samwarren83) May 15, 2026 The Ravens initially reached a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders , to send them their next two first round picks in exchange for stellar pass rushing specialist Maxx Crosby. However, concerns over the state of Crosby's knee led Baltimore to back out of the deal. The Chargers, for good measure, even included a copy of the Raiders' press release announcing that the deal was off in their clip.

Savage absolutely savage, but nowhere near as hard as L. A. went on the New York Jets (failing to record a single interception in 2025) and the San Francisco 49ers ( electrical substation explosion ).
