Predicting winner every game on Jaguars' 2026 NFL schedule

Following the 2026 NFL schedule release, let's predict the Jaguars' final record.

Now that we know what the Jacksonville Jaguars' complete 2026 NFL schedule looks like, let's make a very early game-by-game record prediction. Overall, it's been a relatively quiet offseason for the Jaguars. They did experience some turnover, with Devin Lloyd, Travis Etienne, and a few other contributors signing elsewhere in free agency, but the only outside addition made by Jacksonville was signing running back Chris Rodriguez.

In part, GM James Gladstone's approach to free agency was dictated by wanting to preserve the 2027 compensatory picks that the Jaguars are projected to receive, but the lack of moves also speaks to the confidence that he has in the current construction of the roster. Jacksonville would then add 10 players in the NFL draft and sign 17 undrafted rookies. In Year 1 under Coen, the Jaguars made a massive turnaround, improving from four wins in 2024 to 13 wins in 2025, along with winning the AFC South title.

But as good as the first year was, Year 2 in a system can be a jumping-off point. Rather than learning and implementing new schemes, the Jaguars can spend this offseason building upon what was established. To help ensure that the Jaguars continue to take a step forward and don't go backward, Coen's message to the team this offseason has been fairly simple -- maintain a high level of urgency.

"We need to be as intentional as ever with the way that we attack each day," Coen said. "We need to be clear and concise with the players when they come back in about what that looks like and how it's going to get done. We have no time to waste.
