The Poland international is expected to leave Barcelona when his contract expires and has been offered a lucrative €90 million deal by Al-Hilal . However, Chicago Fire are also in the race to land the superstar and he is tempted by the prospect of becoming their franchise player and joining the likes of Lionel Messi, Antoine Griezmann and Thomas Muller in the USA, per Mundo Deportivo.

Before that, Lewandowski is still due to have one last chat with Hansi Flick. The striker’s priority has been to stay at Barcelona but he wants to know exactly what role he will have if he does continue. As things stand, it looks as though Saturday’s clash with Real Betis at Camp Nou on Saturday will be Lewandowski’s final home game in the famous blaugrana.
