MSU football locks in official visit with newly offered in-state DL prospect
Michigan State football is quickly picking up steam in the recruitment of in-state defensive lineman Drew Aagesen
Michigan State football has added an official visit for an in-state defensive lineman with a ton of power four interest on the recruiting trail. Drew Aagesen of Goodrich, Mich. will reportedly take an official visit to Michigan State in early June.
According to 247Sports, he'll visit the Spartans on June 5. Michigan State extended an offer to Aagesen last week and has quickly got to work on building up some steam in his recruitment. Aagesen is listed at 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds, and is marked as a three-star defensive lineman in the 2027 class, according to Rivals.
He ranks as the No. 136 defensive lineman and No. 24 player from Michigan in the class.
Aagesen holds offers from more than 10 schools, including the likes of Pitt, Wisconsin, Virginia, Iowa State, Boston College and Minnesota. He also has official visits lined up with Pitt, Virginia and Iowa State, according to 247Sports. Michigan State just wrapped up an in-home with in-state OL target Drew Aagesen.
