Packers sign rookie cornerback Brandon Cisse, completing draft class

GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers signed their second-round draft pick, cornerback Brandon Cisse . Cisse, the 52nd overall pick from South Carolina, was the lone rookie from the Packers ’ six-player draft class who had not yet signed. The Packers also announced they’ve officially claimed receiver Brenden Rice and released defensive lineman James Ester.
