The veteran was signed by the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2022, and Webb flashed his potential on numerous occasions during his rookie year in Las Vegas. Webb would rejoin the Raidersโ defense in 2024 following one season with the Carolina Panthers , but the corner was unable to make a true impact across 11 appearances.
Webb could emerge as an excellent depth option in New York given the Giantsโ underwhelming secondary, and an official announcement following his workout with the team is expected to arise in the near future. The veteran has compiled 45 total tackles, four pass deflections and one forced fumble across four seasons in the NFL. Webb could quickly prove to be an excellent fit in New York, and the former Raider could sign with the Giants as soon as this week.
