Chargers sign WR Monte’ Morrow, waive LS Peter Bowden

The Chargers are signing former Upper Iowa WR Monte’ Morrow and waiving LS Peter Bowden.

Morrow comes to the Bolts from Division II Upper Iowa University, home of the Peacocks.

The 6’4, 210-pounder pass catcher is coming off a prolific season where he caught 55 passes 1,007 yards, becoming just the third player in school history to surpass the 1,000-yard threshold. He jumped 35 inches in the vertical and 9’10” in the broad jump. His 40 time was reportedly timed at 4. 48.
