Up until Julian Nagelsmann confirms his official squad on May 21st, we will still be left waiting on whether or not the former Bayern Munich manager will call upon Manuel Neuer for the FIFA World Cup this summer in North America.
The story all year long has been whether or not Neuer would come back for the World Cup? Neuer would typically say no after an excellent performance, a few weeks go by, and we would go through that same cycle again. However, now that we are just one week away from the German coach naming his official squad and things are still pointing towards a potential return: Julian Nagelsmann is considering calling up Manuel Neuer for the World Cup in concrete terms.
