Club Brugge hoping to sign Swiss teenager from FC Zurich Sacha Tavolieri is reporting that Club Brugge are keen to sign Swiss teenager Cheveyo Tsawa from FC Zurich this summer. According to Tavolieri, Tsawa has already visited the Club Brugge facilities and both sides are interested in completing the transfer in the next month or so. For Club Brugge, the 19-year-old Tsawa could act as a replacement for Aleksandar Stankovic, should the former Inter midfielder leave the club this summer.

Tsawa has been capped at all levels by the Swiss youth set up and made his debut for FC Zurich back in the 2023/2024 season. After six appearances during the back end of the campaign, he went on to play 19 games for the side last season, scoring three goals and grabbing two assists. This year has been a real breakout season for the teenager, who has played 35 games for the club, with two goals and two assists.

Club Brugge have had success shopping for midfielders in Switzerland recently, with Ardon Jashari proving to be a huge success during the one season he was in Belgium. GBeNeFN | Ben Jackson
