MISD hosts final signing day for Class of 2026

1 of 6 Evis Bobey, Football — The University of Texas Permian Basin Ben Cano, Football — Wayland Baptist University Masseye Diop, Track and Field — University of Houston Cisco Rodriguez, Baseball — Cisco College Harlem Brown, Football — Sul Ross State University Kambri Bradley, Cheer — Angelo State University MIDLAND Midland ISD celebrated six student-athletes from Legacy High School who signed National Letters of Intent during a ceremony held on Wednesday. “We are extremely proud of these student-athletes for their commitment to play at the next level,” said Amanda Lopez, Director of Athletics. “We have enjoyed watching and cheering on these student-athletes throughout their time at LHS and wish them the best as they move forward to their next chapter.

” These outstanding students have committed to continuing both their academic and athletic careers at colleges and universities across the country. Family members, teammates, coaches, and school administrators recognized the dedication, perseverance, and countless hours of hard work that led to this achievement. “Signing to compete at the collegiate level represents years of commitment not only in competition but also in the classroom,” shared Wes Torres, Executive Director of Athletics.
