The Miami Dolphins took a huge gamble to sign Malik Willis to the contract that they did, plus to have him as the starter when he's only had a handful in his career.
So, there are a lot of unknowns about what Willis can actually do for the Dolphins, but this offseason will be key to laying a solid foundation for the young quarterback. His offensive coordinator, Bobby Slowik, has gotten to know Willis over the past few months, and as Miami dives deeper into its offseason, the OC has been left rather impressed by Willis, both the player and person. "[He] can spin the ball all over the field, can throw the ball everywhere, can run, obviously, can use his legs," Slowik said via NFL.
