As reported by TMZ , Christopher Blake Griffith accused Diggs of sexual assault and filed a request for Diggs’ financial information, specifically regarding the income he’s received from his football career. The former New England Patriots wide receiver, who was cut from the team after one season, has asked the judge to avoid granting the request because it’s not relevant to the case.

Griffith said that he isn’t satisfied with the information he’s received from the defense so far, but Diggs’ legal team believes there’s no reason he should have to produce evidence of his finances. In November last year, TMZ reported that Diggs filed a lawsuit against Griffith after he alleged he was sexually assaulted by the NFL star in 2023 following a night out at a club following a charity basketball game. In the lawsuit, Diggs said he invited Griffith and other influencers back to his home after they went to the club.

He said he later went to bed, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave. COMPLEX SHOP: Shop the brands you love, anytime and anywhere. Uncover what's next.
