Running back target locks in official visit with Florida State
2027 three-star running back Tai Phillips has locked in an official visit with Florida State in June.
Florida State will have a ton of prospects on campus at the end of May and all throughout the month of June as the official visit schedule for the summer is set to begin for prospects. One recruit in the 2027 class has locked in his visit with the Seminoles. Three-star running back Tai Phillips announced on social media that he'll be in Tallahassee for a multi-day trip on June 5-7.
It will be his first time visiting the program. The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder received an offer from FSU over the weekend. The Alabama Crimson Tide , Ohio State Buckeyes , Virginia Tech Hokies, and NC State Wolfpack are among the other schools that have offered Phillips.
He's coming off a productive junior season at Cape Fear High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Phillips ran for 919 yards and scored 12 rushing touchdowns, running for over 100 yards four times. He ran for 880 yards and 11 touchdowns as a sophomore.
