New York Giants superstar wide receiver Malik Nabers suffered a torn ACL and meniscus during Week 4 of the 2025 campaign. Nabers has reportedly been recovering well following the injury, and the star playmaker is expected to return to the Giants’ offense at some point in 2026. Nabers originally had surgery for both a torn ACL and meniscus, but he recently went through a second procedure to remove scar tissue that was causing stiffness.
Nabers’ second surgery took place “multiple weeks ago” and the procedure is not expected to impact his recovery timeline, reports The Athletic’s Dan Duggan. The Giants remain hopeful that Nabers could be ready to go as soon as Week 1, but the star route runner will be able to get a better feel as to where he stands post-surgery during training camp.
