Malik Nabers injury update: Giants WR underwent second knee surgery
Whether or not that impacts his return timeline seems uncertain.

Duggan’s sources called the surgery a “clean up” that took place “multiple weeks ago. ” Duggan also said the second surgery is not expected to alter Nabers’ recovery timeline.
He underwent his initial surgery to repair a torn ACL and meniscus in late October. The team’s No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Nabers played in only four games last season, catching 18 passes for 271 yards.
He had a team-record 109 receptions for 1,204 yards as a rookie. The Giants have been coy about establishing a timeline for when Nabers might return. At the NFL Scouting Combine, GM Joe Schoen said the “hope” was that Nabers would be ready for training camp.
Before the draft, head coach John Harbaugh said his return would likely be “more into training camp and closer to the season. ” There has been some speculation that Nabers might not be ready Week 1.
