NBA legend set to join son at Wagner in special advisor role
Tracy McGrady went straight from high school to the NBA, but is going back to college for a new job and will join his son in the NEC.
Tracy McGrady has been front and center during NBC's coverage of the NBA playoffs, but has taken a behind-the-scenes role at a small college in New York City. USA TODAY Sports reports that the Basketball Hall of Famer has accepted a strategic advisory role with Wagner. "We are pleased to welcome Tracy McGrady to Wagner in this advisory capacity at an important moment for our institution," Wagner president Jeffrey Doggett said in a release.
