Michigan State football is the first power four school to extend an offer to edge rusher from Columbus, Ohio. Lawrence Kanneh of Columbus, Ohio announced on Wednesday that he's received an offer from the Spartans. He took to social media to post on his X account about his offer from Michigan State.
Kanneh is listed as an unranked and unrated prospect in the 2027 class, according to 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, and plays for Whitehall Yearling High. Michigan State is the first power four school to extend Kanneh an offer, but he has picked up a lot of interest from the group of six level.
According to 247Sports, he also holds offers from Appalachian State, East Carolina, Marshall, South Florida, Akron, Kent State, Toledo and Miami (OH).
