"New England Patriots rookie linebacker Quintayvious Hutchins appears to be arraigned on Wednesday morning on domestic assault and battery charges on a family/household member in Newton District Court," read a WBZ NewsRadio report . "Hutchins allegedly left his most recent practice early. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on 'personal recognizance,' according to court documents obtained by WBZ NewsRadio.
" The alleged incident took place on Tuesday in Newton, according to MassLive's Mark Daniels . The Patriots responded to the situation in a statement and will not be making any further comments at this time. “We are aware of the report involving Quintayvious Hutchins," read the Patriots statement per MassLive.
"We take these matters very seriously and are in the process of gathering additional information. We will not have further comment at this time. ” The Patriots selected him with the 247th overall pick of the NFL Draft out of Boston College.
