One thing they have going in their favor with a couple of these players is they came into the NFL with major playing experience on the college level.

Al Karsten of SB Nation’s Pride of Detroit recently listed the college starts of the top 150 NFL draft picks since 2019 in Power Conference. Raiders’ 2025 third-round pick Caleb Rogers topped the list with a whopping 55 college starts. Raiders’ 2026 third-round pick Trey Zuhn was sixth on the list with 50 college starts.
