Browns Avoid First-Ever NFL game in Paris vs. Saints
A false report previous linked the Cleveland Browns to a first-of-its-kind international matchup with the New Orleans Saints, but new reporting reveals a different opponent will play in Paris in 2026.
Speculation swirled for months that the Cleveland Browns were in line to face off with the New Orleans Saints in the NFL's first-ever international game in Paris, France. Evidently, that won't actually be the case. With the league slated to drop the entire 2026 schedule on Thursday, the leaks are underway and according to one well-known schedule leaker on X, it will actually be the Browns' top rival, the Pittsburgh Steelers, who face the Saints in Paris in Week 7.
Cleveland. com has since confirmed the leaked information as accurate , after French radio network RMC had falsly reported Cleveland as the featured opponent for New Orleans back in February. The Jags will actually play back-to-back games in London in Weeks 5 and 6 this upcoming season. According to the schedule leaks, however, Cleveland is not one of the teams that will make the trip across the pond to face Jacksonville.
