The versatile attacking player is a proven talent for Newcastle United in the Premier League and fans were excited to see him on Bayern’s radar.
However, things took a turn as it was recently reported that Barca was also targeting the English attacker. As reported by Fabrizio Romano , and captured by @iMiaSanMia , that is not true. Romano states that despite the reports and meetings, the Englishman is too expensive for the Spanish side.
That means the race for Gordon will be between Bayern and Premier League clubs. Anthony Gordon is not a target for Barcelona, despite contrary reports and meetings with agents. The Englishman is too expensive for Barça.
