According to Bild , Barcelona have had to pay another bonus to the Bundesliga club as part of the transfer agreed when Olmo signed for the Catalans. Barcelona agree to pay an initial €55 million for Olmo back in 2024.

The club then paid out another €3m last summer after winning La Liga and will pay the same amount this year in the wake of another title triumph. The bonuses mean that Barcelona have now paid a total of €61 million to bring Olmo back to the club. The Spain star has gone on to make 85 appearances in all competitions for Barca, scoring 20 goals and bagging 15 assists.

Olmo’s time at Barcelona has been disrupted by injury but he’s only missed five La Liga games so far this season due to a disclocated shoulder.
