And as the Bills went about their rookie minicamp, Bell, a fourth-round pick, was doing his thing when he suddenly dropped a couple of passes. That isn't out of the ordinary, but Bell was clearly in his head. And for CBS Sports' Carter Bahns, in his latest piece on what he learned from rookie minicamp, it was that Brady took Bell aside to calm him down.

"He was just telling me just to be myself and stop overthinking," Bell said via CBS Sports . "I was just in my head a little bit and getting jitters and things like that. And he was just telling me just be yourself and once you're here, you're here for a reason.
