Per TMZ Sports, his death is being investigated as a possible drug overdose. The Los Angeles County Fire Department in the San Fernando Valley responded around 5 p. m.

He was charged with trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing officers in a vehicle over the speed limit, and improper passing. The alleged high-speed chase exceeded 100 miles per hour, and Clarke was found with more than 200 grams of kratom.
