Here is a look at three revenge games on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 2026 schedule ahead of the official NFL schedule release.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are just a few days away from having their schedule revealed via the NFL’s official release, with plenty of revenge games fans can look forward to. From facing off against a few familiar faces, including former special teams coordinator Danny Smith and running back Kenneth Gainwell, to competing against one bitter divisional rival in particular, here’s a look at three of the Steelers’ potential revenge games. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Smith, a beloved long-time member of the Steelers coaching staff, left Pittsburgh for Tampa Bay this past offseason and took Gainwell with him.

Gainwell may have been voted Steelers 2025 MVP by his teammates, but he'll to answer to them in the regular season when the Buccaneers goes head-to-head with Pittsburgh. Houston Texans This needs little explanation, as the Texas dashed the Steelers' playoff aspirations with a brutal wild card round beatdown in January. The Steelers have the opportunity to get that win back against Houston this upcoming season whey host the Texans at home in Pittsburgh.

Baltimore Ravens Speaking of the post-season, the Steelers also crushed the Ravens' playoff hopes when they defeated them during an action-packed edition of Sunday Night Football. One could argue that the Steelers' Week 18 victory played heavily into the Ravens' decision to part ways with John Harbaugh, and there will no doubt be some additional animosity from Baltimore moving forward.
