Drake Bulldogs women's basketball on Tuesday announced the signing of transfer forward Allie Myers.

Drake womenโ€™s basketball added to its 2026-27 roster by signing transfer forward Allie Myers, the team announced in a May 12 press release. Myers comes to Des Moines after spending the 2025-26 season in Stephenville, Texas, at Tarleton State University. During her time there, she grabbed 111 rebounds for an average of just under four per game, according to the press release.

Offensively, Myers averaged 2. 7 points per game, the release said. Before joining the Texans, the 6-foot 1-inch forward spent two years at Seward County Community College, where she was an All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference honoree.

Myers averaged 13 boards per game at the junior college level. As a first-year player, she was third in the entire NJCAA on the glass with 14 double-doubles to her credit. Her personal-best scoring game came against Northwest Kansas Tech with a 30-point outing.

Myers will join three rookie newcomers on the Bulldog roster this season as incoming freshmen Alex Couch, Grace Fincham, and Karis Finley officially signed last November, the release said.
