Louisville adds intriguing international prospect to 2026 class

The Cardinals have been on a hot streak when it comes to adding talent this offseason.

Louisville Cardinals head coach Pat Kelsey might have the best type of problem on his hands come next fall. Louisville has been aggressive and successful in adding talent through various means this offseason, and Kelsey will have to figure out how to get everyone on the floor. The Cardinals have done it again.

USA TODAY's Louisville Courier Journal reports that the program has received commitment from four-star prospect Boyuan Zhang. Zhang moved to the United States before his senior year of high school and has made a strong impression with his play here. Additionally, the 6-foot-7 swingman has also been a key contributor for the junior Chinese national team in FIBA play.
