Wall softball defeated Canadian 4-0 after Jacksboro's forfeit gave the team a second chance. Now they will face three-time state champion Coahoma.
Two days after Jacksboroโs forfeit gave the Wall softball team a second chance at the postseason, the Lady Hawks downed No. 8 Canadian 4-0 in a single-game playoff at Lubbock-Cooper on Friday. Madee Williamsโ 12 strikeouts in seven innings pitched shut down the Canadian offense, which had not been held scoreless in a game this season.
The senior also had a solo home run in the sixth inning, extending the Lady Hawks' lead to 2-0.
