1 recruiting class in 2027 and are trying to do the same in 2028. To start their 2027 recruiting class, the Oklahoma Sooners primarily focused on offensive line. Cooper Hackett and Kaeden Penny were two of their first commits , and it's worked out well.
They have the No. 1 class in the 2027 recruiting cycle. In the 2026 class, they focused on guys like Noah Best and Deacon Schmitt early .
Michael Fasusi wasn't the first commit, but he was early and helped build momentum. While they don't yet have a commitment for the 2028 recruiting class, it feels like there's already an early emphasis on the offensive line. Earlier this week, the Sooners sent out an offer to an offensive lineman in the 2028 recruiting class.
