Alabama has reportedly landed a commitment from Kenneth Simon II, a four-star linebacker out of the state of Tennessee.
The Alabama Crimson Tide have reportedly landed a commitment from Kenneth Simon II, according to Rivals' Hayes Fawcett . Earlier this month , Simon had previously narrowed down his finalists to Alabama , Georgia, Ole Miss, and Tennessee, but ultimately chose to commit to the Crimson Tide on Monday, per Fawcett. Per the 247Sports Composite rankings , Simon is currently considered as the nation's No.
133 overall player, as well as No. 10 linebacker, in the 2027 recruiting class. A four-star prospect, Simon also ranks as the No.
6 player in the state of Tennessee where he attends Brentwood Academy. Following the decision from Simon, Alabama's 2027 class now features seven total commitments. Of those seven, Simon is the lone linebacker, as well as the first commit from the state of Tennessee.
