NFL schedule leaks: Arizona Cardinals will not face Cowboys, Giants in Week 1
NBC's announcement for their Week 1 Sunday night game means the Cardinals won't open the season against these two teams.
The Arizona Cardinals have not had any of their 2026 regular-season games revealed or leaked, but with other announcements from other teams, we can begin to rule out some opponents for some weeks. NBC announced its Week 1 Sunday night game. It will be the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
That rules out two possibilities for the Cardinals. They are slated to play both the Cowboys and Giants in 2026, as they will face the entire NFC East in the regular season. They will not face either in Week 1.
The NFL's full regular-season schedule release will come Thursday at 8 p. m. ET (5 p.
