Florida baseball moved up in the national polls this week after the Gators put together a 3-1 week. The Gators (34-18, 15-12 SEC) run-ruled North Florida 11-1 in a midweek matchup. Over the weekend, Florida walked off Kentucky 7-6 on Friday, fell to the Wildcats 4-2 on Saturday but responded with a 9-6 win on Sunday.
The series win against UK was the Gators' first home series win since its SEC opener against South Carolina back on March 13-15. In the USA Today Coaches Poll , the Gators remained at No. 20.
