NBA personnel mention Nate Bittle as standout at G League Elite Camp
Through Day 1 of the G League Elite Camp, Oregon center Nate Bittle is already impressing according to NBA executives and scouts.
Having entered the 2026 NBA Draft, it's not a certainty that Oregon Duck center Nate Bittle will be selected. In fact, he was snubbed from the NBA scouting combine, where over 70 draft-eligible players partake in agility and strength testing, on-court drills and scrimmages. Instead, Bittle is having to go the route of the G League Elite Camp, where he'll aim to earn a late invite to the NBA combine.
Through one day, it appears that that goal may come to fruition. Spotrac's Keith Smith spoke to NBA executives and scouts at the G League Elite Camp, with various individuals mentioning Bittle as someone who impressed. According to the box score of the scrimmage that Bittle participated in, he played 12 minutes and recorded nine points and grabbed seven rebounds while converting on four of his five shots from the field and one of his two attempts from three-point range.
He came off the bench for his team and provided a much-needed spark in their 97-87 victory.
