Missouri running back Ahmad Hardy is in stable condition after sustaining a gunshot wound while at at concert Sunday, the team announced Monday. Hardy underwent surgery Sunday. The team said his timeline to return to football activities was โunknown at this time.

Hardy, 20, is coming off a fantastic season with Missouri. As a sophomore, he rushed for a conference-high 1,649 yards. He also scored 16 rushing touchdowns.
It was Hardyโs first season at Missouri. Prior to that, Hardy starred with Louisiana-Monroe as a freshman. In his one season with the team, Hardy rushed for 1,351 yards and 13 rushing touchdowns.
