“My office was in the hallway next to Ozzie. Anytime Ozzie needed something, he’d just yell my name. I used to take players to the airport, to the hospital.
I’d hold bags at practice. I’d fold stuff. ” DeCosta explained that those early experiences gave him an appreciation for every part of the organization because everyone had to help wherever needed.
