"Today, I wanted you to take a minute so you can judge it. The goal is valid. If the ball accidentally touches the hand or arm of an attacking player and then a teammate scores, the goal stands.
The goal is disallowed if the same player scores. When is the goal valid? An accidental touch at the start of the play is not an offense if it falls to another player," said Anderson Barros, before continuing.
