We don't know if Aaron Rodgers will return, and Will Howard and Mason Rudolph are the other options Mike McCarthy has to call on. But there is another -- rookie Drew Allar. As the Steelers underwent rookie minicamp over the weekend, McCarthy, who has a knack for developing quarterbacks, gave a rather interesting update on what he saw from Drew.
"He's physically gifted, he's a gifted thrower of the football, but he's no different than any other young quarterback that I've had the opportunity to work with," McCarthy said . "Frankly, the first thing that we did with Drew and just no different than we did with Will [Howard] and Mason [Rudolph], we have a profile tape. "So we were able to do that evaluate that, and tried some things that he responded very favorable.
