It has been a whirlwind week for Red Sox 2025 third-round pick Anthony Eyanson, capped off by his Double-A debut on Sunday afternoon.

It has been an eventful week for the Boston Red Sox ' third-ranked prospect, Anthony Eyanson, who started the week in High-A Greenville and was not ranked in Baseball America's Top 100 prospects list, and ended it in Double-A Portland and was ranked in the top 50. Eyanson's big week was capped off on Sunday afternoon when he made his Double-A debut. It has been a meteoric rise for Boston's 2025 third-round pick out of Louisiana State University.

Eyanson was initially seen as a high-floor, low-ceiling selection by the Red Sox, but an uptick in velocity, paired with incredible performances in High-A, has led to the 21-year-old righty's stock skyrocketing. After entering the season not ranked in the top 100, Eyanson jumped all the way into the top 50 in Baseball America's latest Top 100 rankings.
