Ex-UW CB Prysock, OL Willis Sign San Francisco 49ers Rookie Contracts
A pair of former UW football players signed their first NFL contracts on Friday as the seven 2026 NFL draft picks begin rookie minicamp.
Former Washington Huskies standouts Ephesians Prysock and offensive lineman Carver Willis became the next two members of UW's seven-player 2026 NFL draft class to sign their rookie contracts as teams open rookie minicamp across the league. Willis (No. 127 overall) and Prysock (No.
139 overall) were both selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of last month's draft, took to the field on Friday wearing No. 74 and No. 41, respectively, for their first taste of pro football.
The former Kansas State transfer Willis will begin his NFL career at left guard for the 49ers. His rookie contract is expected to be around $5. 4 million on a four-year deal.
Just a few picks later, Prysock gets a $5. 1 million deal over four years, according to Over The Cap. The duo joins Jacksonville Jaguars' seventh-round pick, edge Zach Durfee, and Cleveland Browns' second-round pick, wide receiver Denzel Boston, as the four players from UW taken in last month's draft to sign their first deal in the NFL.
