🌧️ Heavy rain delays start of match between Remo and Palmeiras The Brasileirão match between Remo and Palmeiras will start later than scheduled this Sunday (10). Rain flooded part of the pitch at Mangueirão Stadium, and kickoff, previously set for 4 p. m.
, was postponed by half an hour. The match referee, Rafael Klein, even went onto the pitch to test the field, but the ball was clearly not rolling properly in some areas. The same problem had already happened in another match scheduled at Mangueirão in this tournament.
In April, the clash between Remo and Vasco also started late because of flooded areas on the field. On that occasion, kickoff was scheduled for 4:30 p. m.
