Florida State named in top five schools for key safety target
Florida State has found themselves in the top five for 2027 three-star safety Jeremiah Proctor out of Gainesville, Georgia.
Three-star safety Jeremiah Proctor is one of the key targets for FSU in the 2027 recruiting cycle. He's received over 40 scholarship offers, but the 6-foot-4, 210-pounder has trimmed his list of choices significantly. Proctor will now choose between five programs per Riley Alberts of Rivals.
They're the Miami Hurricanes, Tennessee Volunteers , Kentucky Wildcats , Pittsburgh Panthers, and Florida State Seminoles . The beginning of his official visit schedule starts in less than two weeks when he travels to see Tennessee on May 21. Proctor's three other official visits will be to FSU on June 5, Pittsburgh on June 11, and Kentucky on June 19.
When Proctor gets to Tallahassee, it will be his second time on campus. His first came on April 4 when he took an unofficial visit. The Seminoles extended him an offer back on January 16.
As a junior, Proctor played in seven games at Gainesville High School. He racked up 22 tackles, one interception, and two pass breakups. Proctor is the nation's No.
